    Hello mga fellow tsikoters,

does anybody know anyone from the building department of city hall ng imus cavite?

my scenario here is, done with fire clearance, done with zoning clearance now sa building department po kami naiipit..

where building a 2 story house and they require us to have a structural analysis and we did, now the problem here is that may sinasabi yung city engr ng imus na yung structural analysis and sa structural plan namin ay hinde pareho raw yung footing schedule..not sure kung ano hinde parehas..

ano poba ang gagawin kopo dun aside from offering na pampadulas?

i already spend 40k sa pag process nitong permit pero hinde padin tapos..hope some one can help me out.

    TIA!

Sir, you might opt to ask the structural designer regarding footing design based on the result on soil analysis. Binayaran mo rin naman ung structural designer for the structural plan submittted. Correct mo muna un and samahan mo ng padulas.

That guy knows people inside city hall. PM ko sayo.

IIRC, footing schedule is the size of the footing (width x lenght) and the thickness of the steel bars x the number of steel bars.
