Building permit

Hello mga fellow tsikoters,

Its me again...quesion po on what are the requirements to get a building permit for build a 2story residential house (82sqm) lot in imus cavite?

Marami kasi ako nababasa pero paiba iba yung sinasabi..also how much kaya cost ng pagkuha ng permit and gaano po katagal ma release..

ung mga construction plans. depends sa municipality kung gaano katagal. pagkatapos ng building permit may occupancy permit pa.

im not sure how long it takes, and i believe for a building permit you need to have it signed by a licensed architect or civil engineer.

complete set ng building plans (dapat yata naka-blue print) - civil, plumbing and electrical signed and sealed by a civil engineer/architect and electrical engineer. visit city / municipal engineer's office for the required forms, payment at kung ilang set ng plans kailangan nila. depende sa kanila kung gaano katagal ma-approve.

Sa atin sa Cavite basta may kilala ka Lang sa munisipyo Walang problema sa permit... pwde yan. Ang problema lang kakailanganin mo rin ang mga permit na yan sa meralco at maynilad... Tama sa maynilad walang gaanong requirement. Pero sa meralco yan ang problema. Kung ako syo kuha ka nalang ng b.permit..yun din yon... Kung may kilala ka sa munisipyo... Wala pang 1 hr released na syo ang permit.

up lang for this.. im currently in the processing stage of the bldg permits.. i would like to know if a fencing plan/fencing permit is required for the bldg permit? thank you very much. i already have the complete plans/forms but i have no idea what the fence permit / plan is (or if necessary). thanks!

There should be no requirement if it is only fencing....

unfortunately im not from cavite and even more unfortunate, im still working on making contacts with the building officials. Wow getting a permit in an hour would be amazing, it takes weeks/months , (redtape ) to get one. Anyway, i have all the forms ready except for this "fencing". *CVT, thanks sir! at least i wont have to draw a fencing plan.
