    After ng corpoorate career balik ako teaching. Hilig ko eh. Kaso sa work ko ngayon, erratic schedule eh, tapos 6 days a week. Hindi na quality education nung nag-part time me. Kaya tinigil ko na 2006.

    ang Xavier university highschool and grade school ang malapit sa SM, ung XU college nasa divisoria (meron ding divisoria dito haha) narinig mo na rin ba ung Mindanao University of Science and Technology? i was supposed to enroll there pero ewan ko for some reason i decided to go to XU. ewan ko ba, parang dream ko rin kasing makapag aral sa XU, ito kasi isa sa mga pinaka magandang schools dito (ateneo nga e haha) pero sabi-sabi naman ng marami, ung MUST daw ang da best dito sa CDO pagdating sa engineering. pag check ko sa website ng XU, Center of development (2) pala ng CHED ang XU sa mech. eng. ang alam ko ang MUST center of development (1) sa Electronics engineering.

    Mahirap maging Prof bro,- dapat lagi kang handa sa klase at maraming magagaling na mga estudyante. Dapat, kaya mong sagutin ang kanilang mga tanong para maganda ang iyong kredibilidad sa klase... Tapos, konsensiya mo pa kung sino ang iyong ipapasa at ibabagsak....

    that wasn't fair. . .ganyan yata talaga pag mga hapon, dinadala nila dito yung mentality nila that only from elite schools (in tokyo, there this so called "big 6": rikkyou, waseda, housei, toudai, meiji, keiou) ang mga okay na estudyante

    if only he would expand his choices, he'll get better chance of hirng competent people

    Ah, akala ko yun XU na malapit sa SM CDO eh yun college. Oo, nakita ko yang XU na yan dun sa CDO nung huling uwi namin. Hindi ko rin alam yang MUST, MSU-IIT lang talaga ang alam ko pagdating sa ok na engineering sa Mindanao. Still, nasa sa yo naman yan JJ. Kahit na ba ok ang pangalan ng school, kung pulpol talaga ang estudyante, bale wala din.

    Chief, di lang mga Hapon kundi kahit yung mga lokal na kompanya sa atin ganyan din ang pag-iisip... dati, pag nasa classified ad ang nakalagay "WANTED NEW GRADUATE preferrable from MIT, UP, DLSU, Ateneo" kung di ka galing sa mga school na preferred nila yung experience kailangan not less than XX-years. Pinagbawal na yung ganyang ads kasi discriminasyon ang lumalabas.
