    Why did he, bro?

    Well,- yes, that's one of my problems too, with one of my neighbors and I was about to resort to a brute construction as their water was seeping underneath my membrane water proofing. Good thing they first did the reconstruct and corrected it, probably unknown to them, as I was guessing that they're taking in more water than our side...

    Sorry forgot to mention this was the commercial property next to mine. Nalugi yata bro. It was a hardware store. They were leasing from an acquaintance who owns the land. Not sure what happened but maybe it has to do with his salespeople being a bit on the abrasive side.

    Did the reconstruction fix your issue? Or do you still need negative side waterproofing. I know a local company specializes in that. Clients include Robinson's and other big corporations.

    Di naman dinala, giniba lang. I think that was part of their lease agreement.
