Without wisdom...it will...if i win that much money..ill just splurge the 2-5%..buy some bluechip stocks...and after a vacation or two, go back to our routine...then pag empty nesters na kami...i rent out my place and just get a small condo...when i get tired of cooking...we'll just eat out..

Yes paid off loan today! For about a year i was dreading this impending lumpsum balloon payment. That sh*t is scary hahah.

The irony is...OB is correct about utang. On to the next one! Will study new opportunities. Habang may kaya pa...invest pa. And the banks are the best to help you leverage future income.
