Bakit ka badtrip today?

I barely have salt on my diet. I drink minimum 2 litres of water. I only eat fruits, chicken and fresh tuna on weekdays and stir fried veggies on weekdays. But I have to admit my diet is high in sugar. I need my pastries or chocolates kasi after dinner. Kaya I am so frustrated!!! I have no sakit and maintenance meds and I hope it stays that way. Sana stress and puyat nga lang. This started with the salty chicken I ate on Sunday sa mall. I had headache then tuloy tuloy na. I am old na talaga. Dati I could go without sleep for days and not get sick.

Yeah parati nga ako puyat. Ilang buwan na. Nakakatakot kasi yung over 100. I should be at 80 or 90 lang. Nagpalpitate nga ko everytime take BP ko. Yung ex ko kasi super healthy living and daily workout since his 20s but when he turned 37 or 38 nagka high blood but he smokes kasi

Ako rin,- I never smoke and drinks only occasionally,- tapon pa ang kalahati...... at wala akong problema sa hypertension.....

Pero, nuong nag-asawa na ako... Ayan na!.... :hysterical:

So I just woke up and my BP is at a constant 128/100. It is supposed to be 120/80 lang! Diastolic is too high!!! I just found out last night. My numbers have always been perfect in the previous years except for high uric acid. I dunno what went wrong. I rarely eat pork and beef talaga!!! My food barely has oil. This is so frustrating. But high sugar diet ko from desserts. Nagsimula yan when I ate the salty chicken on Sunday. Nagpalpitate tuloy ako everytime i take BP ko

I am too young for old people disease Sana stress lang talaga

Di ka nag-iisa. Madami nga dyan na below 30's may hypertension na. Yun sa iyo kasi eh pre-hypertension palang yan. Makukuha pa yan sa lifestyle change.

4 days since I submitted my application sa Philstocks at wala pa rin silang binibigay sa akin na activation email! Grrrrr, market is down pa naman! Sabi ay 2-3 days lang pero 4 days na wala pa rin!

My superior told our secretary to help me do the filling of documents. Somehow she doesn't want to stick to our standard procedure of how things work. Kaya hayun disorganize na ang filling system. Mahirap talaga kasama sa trabaho ang ibang lahi. ANG TIGAS NANG ULO. BWISETTT!!! :arghhh:

So yun case ninyo ng kapatid mo, is already common nowadays. May stats kaya nito na more people are getting hypertension at an early age.

So yun case ninyo ng kapatid mo, is already common nowadays. May stats kaya nito na more people are getting hypertension at an early age.

Ako, na-diagnosed last year mataas ang cholesterol level ko. Nasa 255 ang level ko, wherein ang limit dapat daw ay 200. Ayun, nag-worry na ko. Pero di naman ako HB. 5 years ago, may pre-hypertension ako at umabot ng 140/90 ang BP ko. Ayun, kinabahan ako at natuto magbawas ng pagkain. I was 24 that time at nililigawan ko ang nurse namin

Wow. Swerte ng mga 40 plus na wala pa rin maintenance meds. Rare na ata yun ngayon.

My father and mother are already turning 60 this year. Sa awa naman ng Diyos, at normal pa rin ang BP nila.
