are you referring for example apps accessible via WAP? or SMS apps? if you are, i do. we have successfully implemented one here at the office.

first is you really need a static IP add. i am sure, most ISPs/telcos can supply you with more than one. in our case, i just requested GlobeTel (Innove - our telco provider) for an additional static IP which we can use as a gateway.

a gateway is a "hole" or a passthrough in which applications can be accessed.

nyak hinde pwede sa akin, dynamic ako. hindi rin naman pwede ipa static kasi mas mahal bayad. hehe.

ganito kasi.... may application kami sa cel na mag coconect sa irc server. gagamit kami ng gateway. so anong klaseng gateway gagamitin namin. iisang klase lang ba to? o kelangan naming gumawa ng sarili kasi sabi may na dodownload daw nito sa nokia. kung sakaling pwede ung sa nokia... pwede kaya ipahost sa geocities un?
