ok ba ung mga projects nila? ok ba ung ginagamit na materials for the units themselves? is the condo itself managed well?
have gotten some 3rd hand feedback that elevators are a problem, i.e. madalas daw me pila sa elevators?

I've one, its almost the same with other condos but usually cityland has low ceiling(vertical clearance) and small cr. New models has 3-4 highspeed elevators. Material used almost the same-closet, fire exits, garbage chutes..Medyo nalilitan lang ako kasi mababa ceiling. Management are ok- concierge present and 24-hrs security including parking.. So far only problems is the neighbors throwing garbages and not following homeowners policies.
Mas mura daw pag sa Cityland compared sa iba. Usually how much ba ang 2 bedroom unit?
isa lang masasabi ko sa mga projects ng Cityland "bulilit, bulilit ang liit-liit"
seriously, in regards to quality ang sama! you get what you paid for, mura nga ang pangit naman ng gawa....

My comment is regarding the Cityland project in Jorge Bocobo St. Ermita Area (Nr. Hizon's Bakery or beside Seafood Market). It also based on their model unit.
Build quality is not so good. Materials used appear to be cheap. There is no laundry room so just air dry your cloths outside your window or something.
