I would suggest you get a 190e 2.3L (USV) or 190e 2.6L.

Don't worry about the tailamps, that's the "easy" part. Critical would be getting a headache-free 190e unit. Give me a holler if you need help in looking for one. I may know a friend or 2 who may consider selling theirs.

That's a very subjective question. Considering the age of the car you would like to acquire, it would be wise to see several examples for sale, before coming up with a shortlist. Price is relative to the condition of the unit you're viewing. It could be as high as 250K (for a top condition example) to as low as 80K (if you want a few headaches) .. Bring an MB mechanic along if you can.

The W201 range is a robust and durable MB. One of the last "over-engineered" in the MB line-ups.

Re: Fancy tailamps .. AFAIK those are chinese made .. not very durable in the long run.. (fades, cracks, etc.) Good luck on your MB search.

thanks sa info po. my friend has one and is selling it for 80k nawalan kc ng preno after nagdrive sya 40 mins pababa dirediretso sa baguio po kc kami ang gear nya ay 3 nung magpapark na sya bigla wala preno.what could have caused this? after 20 mins meron na po uli preno. kaya un kailangan palitan bumper at taillights. san po maganda bumili pala dyan?pero all in all sariwa pa ung sasakyan tnx po uli
