Check these out:

1) MANCOR / DTM Performance along E. Rodriguez. They carry Carlsson for MB and Hamman for Bimmers. They also carry chips for Euro cars.

2) L&C along White Plains

3) Tire Boy along Maria Clara going to Banawe

For small performance parts, your best bet is to buy from abroad (surf the internet).
