    New TV Series: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

    My personal reaction: Very nice and action filled, especially for a pilot episode.

    Plot outline: Set after the events in 'Terminator 2' Sarah Connor and her son John, trying to stay under-the-radar from the government as they plot to destroy the computer network Skynet in hopes of preventing Armageddon.

    Side note: For those who are familiar with FireFly/Serenity, the actress who played River Tam (Summer Glau) is now the new "good" Terminator T800 aiding the Connors.

    kakatapos ko lang panoorin.. uhm, hindi ko napanood yung judgement day eh, so medyo blangko ako.. bili na lang ako dvd or vcd nung part 1 and 2.

    mapanood nga. lupit nung mga moves ni Summer Glau sa Serenity. would be interesting to see watch she does in this series.

    would also be interesting how this series will affect the continuity between Terminator 2 and 3.

    According to info you can find on the web, the TV series happens after Terminator 2 and the events in the TV series happens on an "alternate time-line" so the events in the TV series will not relate to Terminator 3 movie.

    just finished watching the pilot... looks promising. something new to watch now that battlestar galactica turned to crap.

    was thinking how they'll reconcile the events of this series to terminator3.
    good to know na alternate timeline 'to.

    Accdg to the review i have read on the net, this is the timeline between t2 and t3, where sarah and john together with the terminator, will stop the skynet.

    I wonder what model "terminator" is Summer Glau's character. It's definitely an infiltration model but seems more "human" than the older T800 model.

    Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles is an American television series scheduled to debut on the U.S. television network Fox in early 2008, Sundays at 9 PM Eastern. It is a continuation of the Terminator film franchise. Produced by Warner Bros. Television and C2-Pictures, it will revolve around the life of Sarah Connor, and her son, John Connor after the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

    The series is being executive produced by Terminator 3 producers and C2 Pictures co-presidents Mario Kassar and Andrew G. Vajna, C2 Senior Vice President James Middleton, David Nutter, and Josh Friedman, who is also writing.

    The series will also air on Virgin 1 in the United Kingdom. On July 22, 2007, the first episode was leaked on the internet.

    The released episode is just the pilot. It may or may not become a tv series depending on the audience response to it. Much like the Knight Rider pilot where KITT had a new body and the driver became a woman.
