Huwag dapat allow mag dual dahil walang fil citizenship na I reacquire naman siya dahil he was never been one.

Dapat ang mga pwede lang mag dual yun naging filipino citizenship tapos nag naturalized sa abroad dahil re acquire lang nila yun previous filipino citizenahip nila.
