    guys, help naman o.

ibebenta na namin yung 2001 crosswind and 1996 accord soon and isa na lang bibilhin namin. mahal kasi maintenance eh hehe. pwede nyo ba list yung pros and cons of buying a 2nd hand RAV4 (yung 2003 model ata yun, or is it 2004 ba?) and brand new Mazda3 hatchback sports edition.

600-650thou ata yung 2nd hand RAV4, tapos yung hatchback 900thou.

ano ba yung mga pros and cons in terms of performance, maintenance cost, sugod sa baha factor (sorry, can't think of a better term), safety, etc.

sobrang gusto kasi namin yung porma nung pareho. so sa tingin nyo ano mas maganda sa dalawa? or may masu-suggest ba kayo na alternative? basta 900thou tops dapat.

    thanks in advance!

Actually - the Rav4 will outclass the Mazda3 HB in amost all aspects except in handling.

Though expect higher maintenance costs for a 2-3 year old Rav4. Just this year I had repairs done to the front suspension and rack & pinion.

wow thanks for the quick reply. around how much kaya aabutin ng maintenance costs for the RAV4? kahit estimate lang.

if sobrang mahal, may mare-recommend ka ba na brand new car for 900thou?

well... di naman ganun ka mahal. kung makakuha ka ng 600K na Rav4, may repair budget ka nang 300K eh. hehe.

You want a car that will take the function of both your old crosswind and accord? But won't be as expensive to maintain... brand new car na nga yan, kasi less maintainance cost yun talaga in the first few years after purchase, unlike sa 2nd hand car pero you want it casa maintained pa rin. (ibang topic na if out of casa maintained ang gugustuhin mo with that 2nd hand car).

How about a Hyundai Tucson? Though it won't be a fun to drive as a Mazda3 HB but could be as cargo friendly as the mazda or your old crosswind (without those bouncy suspensions of the isuzu).

Rav4 ako... sa sobrang pangit ng kalsada sa pinas at lagi bumabaha, lamang ka sa rav, 600k yung rav tapos may repair budget ka na 300k for sure di naman aabot ng 100k repair nung second hand unit...

    2003, 4WD, 2.0L VVTi, J-Series. Hehe.

Dual airbags (driver & passenger) nga siya.

If you also want - you can also look at the Ford Focus 1.8L. They have a 5-year warranty period for their vehicles which is a major plus here.

bravo: magkano ba yung tucson ngayon? and ano ano yung different variants?
