    Hello Guys,

I created this thread, to get to know more about your experiences when availing Yojin3, Road Assistance and Warranty. This will help people who are Mazda owners and people who are also planning to get one to have a knowledge on what to do in case of problems.

If possible po sana share po tyo sa ganitong format or anybody can suggest.

    Ex.

    Problem: 10k PMS
    CASA: North Edsa
Details: Slow service, it took me 8 hours. etc etc.

Did you set an appointment? If walk-in ka lang medyo mahirap talaga makasingit. I set an appointment with another dealer for 8AM, arrived 8:15, estimated completion was 2-3 hours, and I was out by 9:15.

Tama, set an appointment. Usually naman they call you pag malapit na service due date ng car mo.

Do not go beyond the due date or else the yojin3 is forfeited. So example due for service ka ng June 1 dapat ON OR BEFORE JUNE 1 mo idala. Pag june 2 ka pumunta wala na ang yojin3 mo magbabayad ka na.

Road side assistance, they only cover 1/3 of towing cost above P1000. I had my bt50 towed from sbma, cost was 12k and I paid 2/3 of the cost = 8k.

Warranty claims, ok naman no questions asked kaya lang lemon talaga nabili ko. Sold it already.

Ang alam ko with the concierge / towing service, may 40km ata free based on the nearest Mazda dealer/service center.

Is it confirmed the the Yojin 3 is valid at any Mazda dealer?

Yup, it's good nationwide. Safekeep your service booklet. Some in your neckodawoods offer the loyalty package of 2 more years. Ask dealerships for details.

    casa maintenance?
    Pasig quoted me php 12k - 15k for 70k pms (3.5y) and php 40k - 45k for 80k (4y)
this is under loyalty program with free oil and oil filter, add siguro ng around 3k pag hindi sya free
this is for 2nd gen mz3 mzr engine btw, i assume skyactiv variant would be a bit more expensive

outside casa, more or less the same as any other car especially if oils lang ang papalitan
oem parts bought from casa is on the expensive side though

This is why many, regardless of make, take maintenance into their own hands. Periodic fluid changes, brake inspections, even diagnostics wouldn't take much if one is handy or has the wrenching passion. Modding & maintenance can really be half of car ownership fun.
    Some DIY tips.....
For easy no-mess oil changes? Get the faucet-like drain plug substitute, Fumoto valve.

For real time health checks, the Scangauge tells more than just what the instrument cluster shows....

Grab & collect tools. DIY can be fun, economical & good exercise.
    Happier motorin'!!!!

Only the ANC group offers additional 2 year free labor service change oil but it's not a written contract. Only verbal.

Sir I'm kinda lost with "neckodawoods".

Still, it's a bonus on top of an already great bonus in yojin.
Oh, neckodawoods? Please pardon the bisdak, sir.....you can't & shouldn't get lost in your 'locality'.

Same question, which dealerships are part of the ANC group? If you bought your unit from CATS group, can you avail of the +2years from ANC group? How much did you pay? Just to clarify, it's just 2 year free labor service change oil or does it also come with warranty on parts?

Did the second gen also have yojin sir? Nyar mahal pala ng pms after yojin. With those prices, I might just have it done outside after my yojin expires.

Speaking of engine oil, I've read somewhere that Mazda is using synthetic oil with moly. The moly helps in adding efficiency to the engine. I dunno if that will be an issue.

AFAIK Mazda Philippines uses Shell oils. I could be wrong but Shell has no oil that has molybdenum sulfide in it. But Liquimoly stuff is really good though, my diesel ride is quieter with less vibration.

Nakita ko sa North Edsa gamit nilang oil Motocraft 5W-30, after ng Yojin3 will use Amsoil Signature series for 25,000 kms or 1 year, kaso lang wala gaanong nagbebenta ng Amsoil sa atin.

Ok so meron pala. But from what I saw at North Edsa, they use Shell Helix oil w/c they just scoop out of a drum.
