Hi guys, so I am going to buy a Mazda3.. I want my coding to be on Tuesday but the SA said he will help me if I pay HIM 5k not the dealer but the SA. So I am very wary. Is this normal in Mazda? My other friends said they paid the dealer.

generally, you pay the dealer.
baka gusto lang kumita ng SA mo and hindi nya irereport sa dealer, tapos may kilala sya sa loob ng LTO. o may kahati sya na may kilala sa loob.

we know we're talking to "fixers". we should also know that should the deal fall thru, we have no recourse. money gone. no one to complain to.
the LTO has announced that no EP requests will officially be honored.
