mga bossings, which is the better/faster/safer route?
1. NLEX-SCTEX-Magilas-McArthur-Manila North Road all the way to Ilocos Norte then swing around to Cagayan
2. NLEX-STEX-La Paz-Cabanatuan-Pan Philippine Hiway all the way to Cagayan sa dulo, last town before Ilocos.
3. NLEX-exit at San Fernando, then Gapan-Cabanatuan-Pan Philippine Hiway?
preferably yung walang mga tricycle masyado and also di naman delikado sa gabi. will probably leave QC at 1-3am (depende sa gising). tentative trip date is April 19 or 20.

Solano to pasay took me 9 hours.

April 4th, 2012 02:13 PM #5Dalton Pass is under construction ngayon expect very heavy traffic. If i were you, mag via Ilocos ka, although im not sure kung may road repairs din dyan sa route na yan.

so via ilocos na nga lang kami. qc-pagudpod trip ko last year was 9 hours. yung pupuntahan namin is 1st town in cagayan after pagudpod. so siguro mga 9-1/2 hours.

kung Sta.Praxedes/Claveria/Sanchez Cagayan mas mabilis ang ilocos norte route, dyan din daan ng mga Florida Bus papuntang Junction Cagayan.

daming ginagawang roads sa bulacan nueva ecija road (maharlika highway)
best route to manila to cagayan:
take NLEX to SCTEX taz daan ka via la paz, tarlac turn left sa zaragoza-aliaga road and then turn left again sa Guimba-Aliaga road taz pagdating sa guimba turn right papuntang Baloc via nueva ecija-pangasinan highway pagdating sa baloc diretso na gang munoz...
note:
dina daraan ng santa rosa, cabanatuan, talavera ------------- mas mabilis ang byahe simentado lahat alang trafic
