We're spending this weekend at Canyon Cove Resort, Nasugbu, Batangas.

What is the better way to go there from Novaliches - via Tagaytay or via Ternate (Kaybiang Tunnel)?

    TIA.

If you like driving thru twisty and winding roads, take the Ternate-Nasugbu highway. You can take the coastal road then thru Cavitex and on to Ternate.

From where your coming from, via Tagaytay will still be the shortest and fastest route. Just try yo leave early to avoid traffic. Besides, traffic in Sta Rosa-Tagaytay road ain't that too bad in the EARLY weekend morning.

Emphasis on early. If you're anywhere in or around Tagaytay close to lunch, no go.

Once traffic starts in earnest, Carmona-Silang-Tagaytay-Nasugbu might be a better way to go.

Once past Tagaytay, the new Tagaytay Nasugbu road is wide, flowing and fast. Not as scenic as the Ternate road, but it's an amazingly easy drive compared to the old road (so many memorable near death experiences there in the middle of the night... hehehe)

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

This is the better route. Bypass Tagaytay altogether.

Salamat po sa mga sagot nyo.

Thinking of taking Tagaytay on the way to Nasugbu then Ternate on the way back.
