I don't know if this the fastest route. From Merville take the service road to bicutan then exit going to sssh then take the c5 exit then just go straight you will pass the kalayaan intersection and tiendesitas to your left. My landmark to libis is the citibank tower.

Yeah. I think it's P30. You'll pay at the c5 exit.
