From Osmeña Highway, turn into Buendia/Gil Puyat. I'm assuming you'll be coming from Quirino Ave. (you did say you were coming from Manila) so turn LEFT to Buendia/Gil Puyat.

Just drive straight along Gil Puyat until you get to Malugay St. Move to the leftmost lane because you will turn LEFT on the next street, Reposo/N. Garcia.

At N. Garcia, immediately take the next LEFT to Jupiter St. Mapua Makati's main gate should be almost immediately on your LEFT.
