It has been quite a bit of time since I last had to go to the pier area. Before we used to pass through a shortcut just after the bridge at Quiapo. It was a little street that went through a arched pass right behind the Philippine Post. As I remember you just had to follow the road til it reached the Intramuros area with the Rotonda and turn right.

Does this shortcut still exist? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
