Tobias-Hemady Bridge opened to traffic - Auto News

Good news for motorists traversing between the Scout area and New Manila in Quezon City. A new bridge called 'Tobias-Hemady' or 'Lagarian III' connecting Scout Tobias and Dona Hemady has been opened to traffic. The new route is expected to shorten travel time as motorists can avoid the busy thoroughfare of Tomas Morato Avenue.

The Php17.2M bridge was a project of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and is the third that traverses through the Lagarian Creek. A support project also included the widening and resurfacing of Scout Tobias to accommodate the additional flow of traffic.

Took this shortcut from last sunday. Nagkamali ako ng daan kasi kumaliwa ako after the bridge kaya instead of coming out sa hemady, doon sa kabila ako lumabas.
