    I hope someone can help me. Does anybody know the cheapest place to park in this area?

    Any flat-rate areas? And does anybody have the operating hours?

    Preferably near the Philplans Corporate Center building.

    It seems like all the parking areas have the same rate:

    P30 first 3 hours
    P10 succeeding hours
