Directions please on going to Subic

Hi people.

I'm a little embarrassed about this, but I don't know how to drive to Subic by myself anymore. The last time I drove to Subic by myself was still before the SCTEX existed, and my recent visits to it were with a navigator, or I wasn't at the wheel, and I didn't really pay attention to the route.

Could someone give me a breakdown on how to get to Subic from EDSA, what landmarks I should look out for, what exits to take, how much toll to prepare, etc. Thanks for your help. :-)
