Need help: Directions from Muntinlupa City to East Avenue Medical Center

Hey Guys,

Can you give me some instructions how get EAMC from Muntinlupa City.

Take SLEX going north bound. Exit at C5 , go straight up to Libis.
After flyover in Libis, go straight Santolan until EDSA. Rigth at EDSA
going north again, take Cubao underpass. After Nepa Q-mart, take the
lower rout of the fly over ( DO NOT GO UP THE FLY OVER) on the inner most lane.
Go straight until you reach East Avenue. Turn rigth at East Ave. EAMC is on your rigth
after SSS, Phil Heart Center. Hindi ka dapat umabot sa Quezon Memorial circle.

SLEX C5
Katipunan - left turn at CP Romulo Avenue
left at Maginhawa (you are inside UP/Teacher's Village)
Straight at Maginhawa, turn left at Malakas Street ang labas mo nito ay National Housing Authority - Quezon Memorial Circle
Baybayin mo na lang until you reach east avenue, turn right ka tapos direchohin mo east avenue.
EAMC is at your left.
