    First time to do a road trip from bacoor to surigao delsur. Please advise road conditions in going to these places.

    Update: been to surigao and the R Andaya hi-way , most are in bad shape, but manageable for suv. The road going to benit, that winding road , be careful coz the is a very sharp curve.
