    When in subic, take the left hand road at the stoplight intersection that travels beside the bay. Stay within the speedlimit, they use radar guns. Go straight until you see a small side road off to the right. Turn right there and follow it, it will lead to the race track. BTW, if you still on the main road and drive by the airport perimeter, you've past the turn to the side road.
