3 possible ways, I think
+ SLEX -> sucat
+ EDSA
+ Coastal

Depende siguro sa time of day pupunta ng NAIA mula makati.

first option:

Exit at Ayala
Edsa
Go up the Aurora Blvd flyover
Ayala Blvd (Tramo)
Turn right to Airport Road
Turn left to Domestic Road
Turn left to NAIA road
If you're going to NAIA2, go straight ahead.
If you're going to NAIA1, departure, take the Departure Ramp

second option:

Exit at Ayala
EDSA
Go up the Magallanes Ramp going to SLEX
Exit at Villamor Ramp
Enter Villamore Airbase
Turn right to Airport Road
Turn left to Domestic Road
Turn left to Naia Road
Again, if you're going to NAIA2, go straight ahead.
If you're going to NAIA1 departure, take the departure ramp.

Third option

Via Sucat and SLEX
Via Coastal Road
Via SShiway (Osmena) exiting Buendia or Pasay Road - EDSA - Aurora Blvd
Via SShiway (Osmena) exiting Buendia or Pasay Road - EDSA - Macapagal

pero in my case, (i take this route everyday going home), the fastest will be
Buendia - Macapagal - Coastal - Airport Road before 5 pm and
EDSA - Aurora - Airport Road after 5 pm.
