mugs and tires replacement suggestions

hello,

good day to all.
ask ko lang po kung magpapalit ako ng mags and tire from 185/65/14 to 15 inches na mugs ano po ba ang tamang sukat sa gulong? btw it is a corolla 99 model
may nabasa kasi akong tread na may changes sa speedometer reading once yung change the tire size.
any suggestion for brand ng mags? ok ba ang enzo na brand? ano ang mas may quality alloy or chrome mags?
