Usually mga 2nd hand tire dealers ang may contact kung san gumagawa ng wheels chroming.

If I remember correctly someone did posted chrome expert contact details. Use the search function to dwell in more.

Sa P.Tuazon, Cubao (nearer sa side ng New Manila, not Cubao side ha. Chrome Dazzler pangalan. Maganda gawa pero mahal...

Other option will be ask ka sa mga magagaling magrestore na shops.
