Not me personally, though the Prado boys in Australia recommend it. A lot of them use the Coopers.

I think the Cooper distributor is in Makati.

We are talking about cooper discoverer stt. Do some research. Suv sizes of these brand came from u.s. It's embossed in the side wall of the tire where it is made.

maganda ang cooper tires and they are still made in USA. tama si sailunman, naka emboss sa side wall ang Made in USA.

i am using ST Maxx right now at maganda ang kapit sa wet roads at di masyado maingay. maganda din ang STT for mud pero madali lang daw mapudpud sa kalsada. mas mura ang STT compara sa ST Maxx. bagong rubber compound ("armor-tek") gamit ng ST Maxx kaya mahal, kasi it will last longer compared sa ST and STT.

265/75/16 sir. bought them at 10,300 pesos each (dealer's price) 2.5 yrs ago in my place (leyte).

IIRC, Cooper Discoverer tires are priced:
ST Maxx is +/-2,600 pesos expensive than STT
STT is +/- 800 pesos expensive than ST

For a mud tire, mahaba na din life ng STT. Our off road pals have them and attest to their durability. But as they say, actual results may vary.

a cousin of mine who used ST, STT and ST Maxx on his pickup told me that STT wears out faster of all the 3 models.

according to cooper, ST Maxx last longer due to its Armour-tek rubber compound. but it's the most expensive among the discoverer models. in australia, ST Maxx owners have used them up to 60k+ kilometers.

Mas madali talaga ma pudpud ang STT compare sa ST Maxx sir dahil the STT has more wider gaps in between the thread than the ST Maxx. The ST Maxx is more in between the category of MT and AT tires. And kahit anong Manufacturer/Brand, the MT tires will always wear out faster than that of its lesser aggressive looking type of tires.

agree on that sir. pero comparing ST and ST Maxx mas matagal ang lifespan ng Maxx due to the Armour-tek rubber compound used. mabigat lang ang Maxx at malaki ang gap sa presyo ng ST and even STT.

ST Maxx is similar to Mickey Thomson ATZp3. both owned by cooper tires

I take back my previous statement base on the manufacturers comparison, halos same lang ang tread wear and off-road capabilities nang ST Maxx vs STT. Mas lamang pa nga sa wet/dry traction and handling ang ST Maxx.

Been seeing a lot of those lately especially the 20inchers. Interested din ako since I'm about to change my worn out stock tires. Can't seem to find a solid review. Can't even check the tire details and specifications on the net, they do have a fb page. I don't know if those tires are in par with the STT's pag dating sa performance since yung 285/55/20 nila ay 13k lang and davao price pa yan not manila price.

I have an AT3 on one of my rigs (265/75/16). Got it for P7,800/tire in 2012. Clocked 32k kms and so far so good. Parang Nitto din ang tibay. Will get a set of STT for my Samurai (235/85/16) for long drives. Sayang Simex sa road madali mapudpud.
