Painting plastics and rims properly???

gud day!

i am planning to paint my rims and some plastic areas inside the car DIY. how do i paint such parts in a way that the paint will not be easily removed---how do i achieve a vey good bond between the paint and the parts. what will i need? how about pylox is that ok?

and for the rims i plan to paint it chrome with a 160petot spray paint at Sm ok ba yun? what are the proper procedures. i plan to paint it without removing the tires

paint will not stick without proper priming. check that chrome paint kung ano ang solvent nya and use the same formula for primers; i.e., epoxy acrylic for acrylic, oil for auto enamel, etc. best bet would be epoxy 2-part primers. as for plastics, use a plastic primer. wala kasi available local plastic adhesion promoters dito, sigh.

pano naman kung may previous paint na yung mags, parang silver yata ang kulay, gusto ko lang siyang patungan ng flat black na spray paint, may mga preparations pa ba akong dapat gawin o basta isprayan na lang?
