i'd stick with rota replicas of imported wheels. built to handle the tortures of metro manila driving ;)

Matibay ang Rota. Kahit medyo mabigat.

going back to the topic on momo rims.

they're pretty cheap considering they're the real stuff (made in italy). i remember when they sold for more than 20k for a set. they're not light (except for a few momo wheel models) but they're durable. i used to run 17" momo extremes sa nissan vanette namin.

yeah.. it's something to mention that they;re indeed made in italy (as embossed in the rims) as well as the ferrari logo on some of the models. For 16-18K per set.. mukhang nakaka-enganyo.. but konti ang designs dito sa store sa megamall.. sabi nga ni cardo818 eh sa autoline makati daw (saan ba yun banda mga chong?). Kaso the advantage of Rota (i think) is that pwedeng mabili ng hulugan sa mga kilalang dealer ng rims at gulong ng tropa ko (nagtanong ako kanina) hehehehe.. yung momo maganda.. pero cash yun eh.. but i have to see the designs.. lam nyo na.. advantage ang hulugan.. lalo na't 0% interest naman. Sana may momo di sila.. hehehehe.

IMO, i'd rather get ROTA rims mainly because its also very much tried and tested (its OEM spec, and they sell this in the US as well) and you can find replacement rims should something happen to one of the rims...
