Gajah Tunggal a.k.a. GT (or Great Elephant in English) is made in Indonesia (one of the biggest producer of rubber raw materials). The tire compound is excellent with V-thread pattern and excellent for both dry and wet roads. You can use Champiro GTX 65 which is rated V. V rating means that the tire is rated up to 240 kph. Price for each tire is a low of P 2.3K to high of P 2.8K depending on the tire dealer location and discount offered at the time of purchase. I am using GT since year 2005.

You can try the stretch of Tomas Mapua St., Sta. Cruz, Manila; Banaue, QC; or Evangelista, Pasay. There are many tire dealers on the said locations.
