nakakasama po ba yung my isang kakaibang gulong sa rear left side ng car? hindi ko to napansin nung binili ko yung kotse.. ano po ba maipapayo nyo tungkol dito thanks po

If I were you I'd replace it with the same specs as the other 3 tires. Just use that odd tire as a spare.
