Are the wheels painted or powder coated?
Have you tried a light polishing compound?

February 18th, 2011 12:47 PM #3Sir, to be honest i really dont know if its powder coated or painted. my mom told me it was pressed (made by rota italia). i haven't tried anything on it yet. just water and detergent. any suggestions? thanks

February 18th, 2011 05:23 PM #5In the minimum, some of the wheels would improve with some buffing but you will need power buffer.
If you know some auto-detailers, you can ask for tips how they would do it.
In your picture, its a mix of alloy wheels and what seems to be powder coated wheels.
BTW, if the powder coated wheels are scuffed or damaged, you will probably need to have them powder coated again to restore it to a "new" look.Last edited by ghosthunter; February 18th, 2011 at 05:34 PM.
