almost 3 yrs ko ng gamit yung china made mags ko sa innova ko. ok naman siya. may nag sabi lang sa akin na hindi daw safe lalo na pang long distance? totoo ba yun??

ano pa ba ang hindi made in China these days? depende pa rin yan sa quality ng material. be cautious na lang siguro and always check the integrity of your mags before long trips.

but if you get paranoid about it, then change mags na lang katapat nyan.

you do have a choice here! not everything is made in china, like mags for example. if you have a choice between a chinese made product and a local/jap/korean/US/other-than-chinese product would you not choose the one that does not put any dollars in china's coffers? every penny you put in china's surplus is a penny it can use to increase its military spending. dehado na nga tayo e pumupusta pa kayo sa kalaban, huwag naman sana. if you have a choice then please make the right choice.

problem kasi sa mga copy ngayon, wala silang sariling brand name, kaya malamang sa malamang, after casting, walang quality control. hindi tulad ng Rota, Concept One, Konig, SilverWind, etc. bumili sila ng rights sa original manufacturer para pwede sila mag reproduce ng copy at may proper quality control sila.

problema sa mga copies ngayon, mababasagin, ingat ingat lang sa mga malalalim na lubak o baka maka sagasa ka ng bato.

If that's a China brand, might be ok too.

If that's a branded mags that is coming from China, chance is, it might be a copy. Then think twice of using it.

If it's a branded original that is Made in China, no worries.

sa ben's ok ko nakuha. AWC yung naka sulat sa center cap. pero madami na din akong nakikitang sasakyan na ganoon din ang gamit na brand.

we always look for cheap prices, kahit ako mas gusto ko mura dahil I dont have deep pockets. But as the saying goes "you get what you paid for". Ask your self, is it worth the risk of buying china copy rims?

thanks sir for the info' wala pa kasi akong nadinig na negative feedback regarding china made mags. halos ok naman yung nadidinig ko sa mga friend ko. nagkataon lang kasi na may kakilala akong mag kilalang nag bebenta ng japan surplus mags. kaya napunta doon yung usapin namin.

Yung mga OEM mags na nilakihan lang example yung sa fortuner na 20" at 22" made in China rin ba yun?

Go for branded ones if you're all for quality. Brands like Concept One, 5zigen, Lenso, Enkei works.
Heck, even Rota ones are tough as nails too! Seen some guys using them during track days and still holds up till now.

Forged wheels are the best kinds if you have deep pockets.
