19 inch on a Cefiro Elite, need opinions

Newbie lang po.

Palitan ko sana yung stock ng Cefiro ko from 16 to 19. Ask ko lang if ma cocompromise ba ang smoothness ng takbo or ride quality (may noticeable change) or kung anu anu pang mga bagay ang ma cocompromise sa pag upgrade.

Suggestions are welcome.

just to add, ang mahal ng gulong na 19's sir and hindi siya as available as other tire sizes like 18's and 20's.

Parang mga P12k ata per tire. Why not go full bore and get 20s? Ride quality and performance will take a hit from 16 to 19, but not much from 19 to 20.
