mga bro, update naman regarding sa urdaneta. im planning kasi na umuwi this oct 28 (taga balungao po ako) pos balak kong pumunta ng manaoag or baguio, ano ba best way ko from balungao? may mga way ba na iiwas sa urdaneta??

As of today, the bad portions of the highway in Urdaneta are along Nancayasan (after passing the Isuzu showroom until before Sanctuary Bldg.) and after the main intersection (the bridge after the intersection is being widened so the road there is a mess).

Why not take the bypass highway at Rosales instead?

bro, that's the town near the inverted cone-like mountain that you see to the east of the highway in carmen.

re vespa, that's the motorcycle they use in yellow cab. hehehe! di natuloy delivery namin sa dagupan, we went to la union instead.
