Favor to ask lang bros. We are scheduled to go to Baguio on the 2nd of January. This is a Wednesday and our vehicle's plate number is ending in 5, which means that it is not allowed to go out in the streets on that day.

Tanong lang po sa mga nakakaalam diyan,- is the number coding lifted on the first week of January (as it was in the previous years?).

If not, what should I do so that I will not be flagged down by traffic authorities? Is there a special arrangement/consideration for local tourists. I am from South MM

on the other hand, traffic is bad during daytime. there is a sudden influx of visitors the past few days and there will be no letup until after the new year.

you can apply for an exemption from number coding in selected police precints. you pay P300 for the privilege. that's basically paying for the P500 fine in advance. may discount nga lang.

I just hope that the temperature will be as cold as ever, so that we will really enjoy our stay there.
