I am planning to venture into an automotive buy and sell business... ask ko lang po sana advice ng mga veterans buyer/seller if what are the risk and benefits sa business na ito... ok lang din ba ROI nito?

risk:

buying a car with hidden defects
trusting other buy and sell agents you barely know
receiving fake money as payment
car napper pretending to be buyers
the car might be stuck with you if you bought/fix the car and ask for a high price

benefit:

buying a very cheap car then fixing up for big profit
be ethical in your business and youll get people referring you
you have your own time
meeting new contacts on a regular basis
fun! because you use different types of cars

sa buy and sell wala talaga tunay na ROI, its all about increasing your number of units because more units = more chance of getting more income. ill say na buy and sell will have an ROI if you have reached the desired number of units you have for sale. in this sense, years bago maachieve yun. you will have to sacrifice with minimal usable cash every month.

advise: DO NOT buy a submerged unit and passing it on as never been flooded. this will ruin your business for sure.
