    No way! Is it mid-engined?

    EDIT:

Did a little research and found out it was front mid-engine. Now, what's with all the vents on the rear?

Brake disc venting for cooling maybe?

In the concept version they said the large intake ducts above the rear wheel wells feed air to the two rear-mounted radiators, then the hot air exist through the two big vents at the rear.
I assume its the same for the production version.

Ooooooh. Nice. Good thing Lexus is now making functional aesthetics. Last time I was disappointed when I read Top Gear's review of the IS-F. They said the 4 tailpipes were fake...yuck.

The Lexus LFA will be hand-assembled at the Motomachi plant in Toyota City. Only 500 examples will be built, at a maximum rate of 20 per month to ensure the finest build quality and attention to detail. Each V10 engine will be assembled by a single engineer, and will bear his signature as testament to each Lexus LFA's bespoke status.

The UK launch price for the Lexus LFA is €368,000 (approximately £336,000). Owners can choose from an extensive range of options to personalise their car, including 30 different paint finishes. Certain items of standard equipment can also be removed, such as the audio system, to reduce the car's weight.

    $400,000 for a lexus?!?

but it looks like a budget supercar (i.e., GTR, NSX).

It doesn't have the wow factor of a carrera gt, ferrari or a lambo.

the four fake tail pipes were on the pre-production car. the production car is actually one exhaust with two exits on each side. in other words it is not a true quad exahaust. however, it sounds much better than the v8 m3 (both stock).

Catch the Lexus LFA at Karrera Showroom this weekend | Autoindustriya

Among the list of activities in the Lexus Roadshow is the appearance of the limited-edition LFA supercar, which will be on display throughout the event. Visitors can get up close and personal to the Lexus' halo model while enjoying a cup of coffee from Gram Coffee Roasters and vibing to the sweet sound of vinyl records courtesy of Satchmi.
