Land Rover Dilemma: PLEASE HELP!

hey guys,

i need to buy a new or used (depending on the quality) SUV in two weeks or less. i came across these two ebay searches, please help naman oh.

one is a '03 freelander with low mileage (less than 9k), the other one is a '99 range rover with higher mileage (about 72K). both priced at $19,995.00 plus shipping charges, sales tax, admin fees, tranfer fees, etc.

i don't care about flying to the showroom (i'm in the east coast), but i wanna know which is better before i make a decision to check the suv personally.

i know mashado malaki yung range rover for a girl like me pero i hate driving cars. hindi ko naman kaya brand-new land rover right now, poor lang ako, hihihih. kung brand-new i don't think i can settle with the same kind (ayoko naman mag-hyundai santa fe, hah hah).

in that note, please help me decide. sabi ni doc noel sa inyo daw ako magtanong, yan talaga si itaydoc walang silbi, bwahahah. joke lang po, itayski.

The Range Rover HSE has got more class than its smaller brother. But don't be lured by its clear paint job, for all you know, there might be some leaks hiding somewhere. IF your primary concern is protection from being bullied by bigger trucks, then you should make your bid asap, you only got one more day before the bidding deadline.

The Freelander has been badged as a sporty for the free minded driver. Go anywhere type. Specs tend to be smaller in all aspects.

Just incase if you decide to be Land Rover fanatic, Range Rover Mk III Problems and Fixes :D

The Range Rover will make a better investment since it is the flagship model of the Range. If you want something more fresh, then I guess it would be the Freelander.

But if you just want something to get you somewhere with minimal fuss and expense, a Japanese truck might be a better choice.
