magandang araw mga sir hihingi lang po sana ako ng konteng opinion naghahanap po kasi ako ng sasakyan na pwede ko pong ipang service sa school at pang long drive narin ang una sa napupusuan ko ay ang kia pride either the hatch or sedan.. una kasi mura since student lang ako at sa ipon ko rin kukunin ang ipambibili kaya medyo marami akong tanong.. hehe maganda po ba ang kia pride in terms of reliability and maintenance? good po ba siya for a first car? magkano po ba ang presyohan nito ngayon at saan maganda mamili ng kia pride na makakamura ako at garantisadong sariwa pa ang makina? ano ano po ang kadalasang nagiging problema ng kia pride at pwede po ba siya sa malalayong byahe gaya ng baguio?

    salamat po.

Well, it's pretty okay. Cheap to run and cheap to maintain. Just avoid ex-taxi units but basically you'll notice this if the plates has an " H " in between the 3 alpha letters and 3 numbers if the owner isn't very honest to you.

I`d also look at flooded prides, yknow. It's better to be sure, ;)

Preferably, I`d go with the 2003 pride models if you're lucky enough to find one in a cheap price.

But if you're looking at the older prides, I`d be settling with the sedan version.

You might also want to look at other options such as the small body corolla, series 2 sentras etc. etc.

Why a kia pride sedan Sir and not the hatchback (cd5)? Any special reason/s for the preference? I am also interested in a kia pride. Thanks for any information.

What is your budget for a car and why are you choosing a Kia Pride when there are other cars available?

there are cheap yet better cars out there, try to maximize your budget atleast a 100k, you can get a corolla ae92 which is bigger, faster(i think???) and more maintenance wise(imho).

    i wouldn't recommend a pride.

I totally agree with sir ghost, why would you choose the pride when there are other cars at the same price or lower which are more reliable.
