help naman po. pano po ba i drain yong lagayan ng coolang ng pregio? yong bayaw ko kasi nalagyan nya ng tubig yong coolant. naghalo tuloy yong coolang at tubig. ngayon umaapaw tuloy sa radiator.

Make sure engine is cold. Remove radiator cap, open the drain plug, its usally in the bottom left side of the radiator.

I would not worry about draining it.

Coolant is a ~ 50:50 mix of water and ethylene glycol.... if your radiator cap is good the coolant should not overflow through it....maybe you're referring to the overflow collector (?) Just let it overflow until it reaches the correct level at normal operating temperature (radiator cap closed).
