Does it really have to be a 4x4 or is the reason why you want a 4x4 is because of it's 4x4 looks? Assuming it's the 4x4 looks, you can just get a D-Max LS 4x2 AT.

A D-Max 4x2 alreayd has the looks of a 4x4. And not only that you substantially reduce the cost of acquisition (diff of 4x4 to 4x2 may be around 100-150k) plus, a 4x2 drivetrain would make the truck much lighter.... ergo, better fuel consumption.

    My 2¢. Good luck!

Wait for the Strada 2.5L 175hp. It should arrive within the year.

Frontier - Biggest, fastest among three

Those are the dashboards, you'll see them every single time you ride your chosen truck.

if i were you.. i'll pick Frontier Navara... it's Nissan so you won't really have problems with service and reliability. and it has cold a/c, that's for sure. it's only the international truck among all it's same-level competitors. and it really drives like an SUV thus the term SUT. i havent heard any horrible stories about it yet..

with strada, it's the cheapest since it has cheap stuff in it.. i think

I have had a 08 Navara M/T and i must say i was impressed with the truck. It got speed, torque and power (i used to transport 8-10 cavans of rice with ease and speed taking SCTEC from Makro, Dau in Pamp. all the way up to Kennon Road & Baguio where I am based) a very comfortable ride and cabin space or leg room at the back ( as compared thru test drives of the competitions ) The only set back i had was when its clutch worn out at less than 10K kms. The replacement was costly at around 35K as it included the pressure plates and all. Luckily when the matter was brought to the attention of Universal Motors thru email i was refunded the full cost of parts and labor as it was still covered by warranty. But last Sept. 2009 I had had an accident at Clark Pamp rendering the unit a "total loss" Now i am equally undecided if I should get a new Navara with an A/T this time-because of that unpleasant experience with the clutch of the M/T. But on all the 12 months i had my black Navara I was impressed in it...except for the CLUTCH of course. Any feedback to help me on this fellow members? Before my insurance will pay off and for me to get another pick up.

Hard Time To Choose what truck...
