REcommended Engine Oil for 4jA1

Hi sirs,

What is your recommendable engine oil for 4ja1 engine. Some recommend Castrol CRB or Shell Helix diesel.

I don't have an owner's manual for my pick-up. Got a 92 model Ls. I am planning to change oil this weekend. Thanks.

ilang taon na ba yang 4JA1 mo? local ba yan (PHDM) or japanese surplus (JDM)

royal purple maganda sya bawas nginig at nasubukan ko na ito sa kaso may kamahalan pero masasabi magandang langis sya at compatible sa lahat ng klase ng langis "mapa semi synthetic, fully synthetic or mineral pa"

try mo dito mura na ang change oil nila 2,300 lang (4 liters of royal purple, oil filter at labor)

Tried the following for my 4JA1.
-Petron Rev-X Trekker
-Caltex Delo Multigrade

Currently, using Mobil Delvac.

Not much difference in performance.

try mo Royale Purple 15w-40

isuzu recommends the monograde sae-40 for 4ja-1 but you can benefit more for multigrades 15W-40. castrol gtx diesel, shell helix diesel, rimula -x, petron rev-x trekker and caltex delo multigrade are those i've tried.

mahirap humanap ng delo gold multigrade so i stick with the helix diesel.

one thing na notice ko na maganda sa shell helix diesel e parating malinis ang loob ng valve cover at oil pan.

Crosswind owner here. May minimum number of km ba dapat na natakbo bago pwedeng kargahan ng royal purple 15w-40? And anu usual engine oil ginagamit pag pms sa isuzu casa? Thanks.

5,000kms bro bago ka mag-fully-synthetic na oil para maganda break-in mo.

pls advice which oil is the best to my 2008 XUV AT( acquire 01.2009 ) 45K odo, seldom to use, most of the time parked on my garage, last January change oil in Isuzu casa,( end of engine warranty ) plan to change oil this coming December, of course not anymore sa casa...which oil is better for the vehicle that is seldom to use.

pour mobil delvac mx 15w-40 last nov.30 2012 in my xuv crosswind with vic filter c-527, oem for isuzu....so far naigala ko na in manila and in matabungkay beach resort this last weekend, ok naman ang hatak, madulas sa pakiramdam, may ipinag-iba sa acceleration, little close sa manual tranny yon arangkada, nawala yon usok na maitim kahit idiin ko passing 3000 rpm, anyway cost of mobil delvac mx ay P1200 in 5 liters with P250 oil filter.
one question, ok ba ang langis na ito sa turbo charger.

Basta may API na CF, CH-4, CI-4 at CI-4+ okay sa mga may turbo.

sir, mas maganda po ba ang diesel ng unioil ? para sa sportivo/crosswind 2006. compare sa shell, caltex and petron. thank you..
