Can i install an alarm for izusu alterra old model?

Dear alterra ownerss.Need help.I bought a 2nd hand izusu alterra 2005 model.Problem is I bought it without knowing it does have a security alarm system.Only keyless entry.To all aterra owners,meron bang available alarm ang new models which can be used for old models?is it possible to install a seperate alarm without causing any problems.Or kelangan pumunta sa authorized izusu casa.?If it is,where can i have it installed and what brand would you recommend for these old alterra models?thanks in advance

From my knowledge, all ISUZU Alterra models do not have an alarm system BUT an immobilizer. I know of some who installed aftermarket alarms on their Alterra units but the purist in me says go to an authorized ISUZU dealer and have another set of Keyless Entry made.... medyo pricey nga lang alam ko.
