    mas makapal talaga kaha ng Land Cruiser... makapal na bakal ang mga bumpers hindi polyurethane (tama ba?) plastic...

    May isang study sa states... wala ng effectiveness usually ang mga bumpers sa mid-speed accident ng mga bagong sasakyan dahil na-sacrifice ang safety at puro pang asthetic purposes na lang ang bumpers...

    the LC is with aftermarket ARB bumpers..solid steel. kaya parang "tinga" lang ang xwind!

    Plastic na gamit sa bumpers to minimize damage to pedestrians who don't look both ways before crossing the street

    Disposable item na ang bumpers. On low speed bumps it should be able to bounce back. Nababali rin ang clips preserving the integrity of the chassis.

    IMO...

    The Crosswind also did its part by deforming and absorbing most of the impact.
