    I also had problems with the CEL/MIL lighting up years back. The casa found out that the problem was a defective brake light switch, they replaced it under warranty and the CEL/MIL problem didn't recur since that.

    what!!! brake light switch... ano naman kaya relasyon nun dun sa MIL... ang weird...

    tingnan ko nga ang brake light switch ko...hehehe

    Ako rin di makapaniwala sa diagnosis ng casa. Ang sabi nila minomonitor din daw ng ECU yung brake light switch. Usually raw dalawa lang ang wires ng brake light switch (positive & ground) pero sa D-Max apat ang wires, the other 2 go to the ECU. Anyway, I'm just glad na di na sumumpong ulit yung MIL/CEL pagkatapos nilang palitan yung switch.
