crosswind engine rattle when aircon/headlights turned on

this only occur if im in full load (headlights, aircon turned on). can anyone suggest what i will do or check first? i would have just adjust the aircon idle up adjuster dunno what thats called, but broken na yong knob at hindi ko na ma adjust. is this due to my electricals o kulang lang talaga adjust yong aircon idle up adjuster? o it needs more grounding ba? 2 days na tong rattle everytime im driving during at night on idle at i just cant take the rattle. thx tiskot.

Sounds electrical related to me. Bring it to a reputable electrical shop to check. Could be bad grounding or a faulty regulator/alternator.

Check nyo sir ang fast idle vacuum baka butas o kaya yung solenoid valve ay hindi bumubukas pag on ang air-con. Pwede nyo check by direct connection ang small vacuum hose from vacuum pump (alternator attached) to the fast idle connector. Bale by-pass na ang solenoid valve, dapat gagalaw sa direction ng "speed up" ang fast idle mechanism.

ang ibig mo ba sabihin sir ay yong adjuster ng aircon na mag pull pag turned on ang aircon? if yon eh gagalaw naman cya at e pull nya ang idler pag aircon on. problem lang talaga is may rattle sya pag turned on na aircon at headlights ko. i remedy the problem temporarily by pinataasan ko yong lever nya by manually bending it with long nose since yong knob nya eh d ko na ma adjust since putol na ang ulo ng knob. un nga lang ang taas ng idle ko pag naka idle with aircon on mga 750 cguro

Huh? But normal idle without aircon should be between 700-750rpms. If with aircon around 800rpm. Baka naman sobra baba ng idle mo to start with. Pero what makes me wonder is the headlights. That is electrical related unlike idle which is mechanical.

Have a trusted/reputable guy or shop look at your Crosswind.... mahirap yung diskarteng remedyo.

Ano ba ang ibig mo sabihin ng "rattle" as in maingay na parang tunog nagkikis-kisan na bakal or pumapalag ang makina?

Ang problema ay kapag full electrical load ka, mataas ang load ng makina kaya bumababa ang idle speed, kulang ang compensation ng idle up mechanism para itaas to about 800 rpm, ang resulta: engine vibration

Kung pumapalag ang makina ibig sabihin ay mababa lang ang idle kaya sabi ko ay check ay idle up para maabot ang about 750-800 rpm. Meron adjusting nut sa rod na pwede taasan ang fast idle kapag naka on ang aircon. Kung ok ang idle speed (bukas aircon & headlights), ang vibration at palag ng makina ay maaring basag na ang engine support. Subukan mo e-jack up ang makina para makita ang condition.

Kung ang "rattle" ay parang metal sound, please check ang bearing ng aircon compressor/magnetic clutch assembly and alternator. Baka sira na yan kaya maingay.
